Entertainment Network (India) has informed that pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with the Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by employees and other connected persons; the trading window for trading in the securities of the Company will be closed with effect from January 1, 2021 for the Company’s Designated Persons, their immediate relatives and Insiders covered under the aforesaid Regulations and Code and the trading window will re-open after expiry of 48 hours post the financial results for the quarter and nine months ending on December 31, 2020 are made generally available.
