GIC Housing Finance informs about change in directorate

GIC Housing Finance has informed that the following three Directors have ceased to be Independent Directors of the Company due to completion of their second term: V. Ramasamy (DIN 00490988), Independent Director; Kamlesh S. Vikamsey (DIN 00059620), Independent Director; Mona Bhide (DIN 05203026), Independent Director. The above Directors were appointed originally on the Board as Independent Directors on 17th September, 2013 for a period of 5 years upto the conclusion of 28th AGM held on 2nd August, 2018. These Directors were again reappointed by the Board and shareholders for second term from 2nd August, 2018 upto the conclusion of 30th AGM held on 18th December, 2020. Hence, due to completion of their two terms in the Company as Independent Directors, they have ceased to be the Directors from conclusion of 30th AGM held on 18th December, 2020.
