Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended, and as per Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by designated persons and their immediate relatives, Adhunik Industries has informed that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from Friday, 1st January, 2021 and the same shall remain closed till the forty-eight hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2020 to the Stock Exchange, for trading by all designated persons, including their immediate relatives.
