Sambamoorthy as an independent director of the company with effect from October 18, 2012 and the resignation of R. Nagarajan, director of the company from the board with effect from October 18, 2012.
Further, the board reconstituted the independent directors committee comprising of V. Sambamoorthy and G. S. Gusain, independent directors.
