Accordingly, he shall act as the CEO of the company and perform all the duties and responsibilities of the CEO in addition to his current responsibilities. He has conveyed his consent for acting as the CEO of the company through the consent letter dated December 14, 2020 (copy attached). He further certifies that he has not been disqualified to act as such under any of the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
