Physical Rubber prices witness improvement on Monday

Physical Rubber prices showed improvement on Monday due to firm demand from bulk buyers against tight supplies globally. Though, some gains were capped by a new strain of Sars-CoV-2 virus that has emerged in the United Kingdom and triggered panic across countries.

Spot prices for RSS-4 variety gained to 158/ kg compared to its previous closing of Rs 157.50/ kg; while the RSS-5 variety jumped to 148.50/ kg compared to its previous closing of Rs 148/ kg.
