FIIs stood as net buyer in equities as per December 22 data: NSDL

22 Dec 2020 Evaluate

The FIIs as per Tuesday’s data were net buyer in equity segment, while net seller in debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.

In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 6870.70 crore against gross selling of Rs 6847.83 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyer of Rs 22.87 crore in equities.

In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 483.67 crore with gross sales of Rs 1305.01 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net seller of Rs 821.34 crore in debt.

In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 6.42 crore against gross selling of Rs 17.69 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net seller of Rs 11.27 crore in hybrid segment.
