Savant Infocomm has informed that 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company convened in accordance with the notice dated 13-11-2020 has been adjourned for want of the requisite quorum. In View of the requisite quorum being not present at this meeting, the proceedings at this meeting stands adjourned. The meeting now stands adjourned and the adjourned meeting shall be held through Video Conferencing and Other Visual Means at the same day in the next week, 31-12-2020 at the same time (12.00 Noon). The company shall inform as to the outcome of the Adjourned meeting, in due course next week.
