Link Pharma Chem Trading has informed that the Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from 01 January, 2021 in terms of provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons. The Trading window shall remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ending 31st December, 2020. The date of the Board Meeting at which the said results will be considered shall be intimated in due course of time.
