Fruition Venture has informed that due to the sudden demise of a promoter Narendra Nath Jain of Fruition Venture his shares were transmitted to his son Nitin Jain (successor and legal hier), one of the promoter of promoter group under Regulation 29(1) & 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. Accordingly the Company enclosed the disclosure received on acquisition of 550601 equity shares of Narendra Nath Jain. Company has received intimation from Nitin Jain with regard to same.
