Gold futures ended slightly lower on Monday, weighed down by the firmer US currency and on increased risk appetite in the market amid US President Donald Trump's signing of a long-awaited pandemic aid bill.
Gold futures for February delivery down 0.2% at $1,880.40 an ounce on the Comex division of the New York Mercantile. Spot gold was little changed at $1,875.99 per ounce.
