Pursuant to amended the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Transformers & Rectifiers (India) has informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company remains closed from 1st January, 2021 till 48 hours after declaration of the financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2020. Accordingly, all connected persons/designated persons are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
