Splendid Metal Products has informed that pursuant to the provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with rules made thereunder, and Regulation 44 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, the Company had provided the electronic voting facility (‘remote e-voting’) to its members on all resolutions set out in the notice of 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company which was duly convened on Wednesday, 30th December, 2020 at 3.00 pm through video conferencing (‘VC’)/ other audio-visual means (‘OVAM’). The company has attached a copy of the Scrutinizer’s report along with result of the voting (through Remote e-voting and voting at the AGM) in the format prescribed in Regulation 44 of Listing Regulations. All the resolutions have been duly passed by the members of the Company with requisite majority. This is in compliance with the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015.
