With reference to its earlier intimation dated 29th December 2020 wherein the company was intimated that NHB through its letter dated 28th December, 2020 bearing no. NHB(ND)/DOS/DMC/07984/2020 directed company to pay penalty of Rs 47,000 plus GST on accounts of delay and non-submission of returns, GOC Housing Finance has now informed that on the basis of further representation made by the Company and on examination of the issue, NHB has decided to reduce the penalty amount to Rs 16,000 plus GST on accounts of delay and non-submission of returns.
