Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Axiscades Technologies has informed that the Trading Window for the shares of the Company will remain closed for the designated persons covered under the Prohibition of Insider Trading Code of the Company from January 01, 2021 till 48 hours after the declaration of un-audited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2020. The trading window shall open after 48 hours of declaration of the said results. The date of the Board meeting to consider, un-audited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2020 shall be intimated separately in due course.
