Covidh Technologies has informed that in terms of the Companys Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading in Companys Securities by Insiders, framed under SEBI Prohibition of Insider Trading window for dealing in the securities of the company will remain closed for all Designated Partners/ Employees/ Director/ Officers (as defined in the Code) from 2nd January 2020 and will re-open 48 hours after the publication of the quarter ended results for the financial year 2020-21 to the public in the Board Meeting which is yet to be scheduled.
