Gufic Biosciences has informed that in the matter of the Scheme of Amalgamation of Gufic Lifesciences (Transferor Company) with Gufic Biosciences (Transferee Company) and their respective shareholders and creditors (Scheme), the Honble National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad bench vide its order dated December 31, 2020 sanctioned the said Scheme, subject to the final order of the proceedings preferred by the Transferee Company before the Honble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai bench. The said order is enclosed for reference. The Company shall continue to update any further progress on the matter.
