UltraTech Cement has raised Rs 1000 crore through Unsecured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) and allotted 10,000 NCDs having face value of Rs 10,00,000 each on private placement basis. Date of maturity of said NCDs will be December 29, 2023.
UltraTech Cement is the largest manufacturer of grey cement, ready mix concrete (RMC) and white cement in India.
