Rane Holdings rises on acquiring additional stake in subsidiary

Rane Holdings is currently trading at Rs. 659.95, up by 9.95 points or 1.53% from its previous closing of Rs. 650.00 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 664.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 670.00 and Rs. 652.50 respectively. So far 2030 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 837.00 on 17-Jan-2020 and a 52 week low of Rs. 288.00 on 26-Mar-2020.

Rane Holdings has acquired additional 11,61,440 equity shares of Rs 10 each fully paid up (3.10%) in its subsidiary Rane (Madras) (RML) arising on conversion of balance outstanding 11,61,440 warrants out of the 17,42,160 warrants into underlying equity shares. The overall shareholding of the company in RML stands increased to 91,22,838 shares i.e. 66.52%.

Rane Holdings is the holding company of the Rane Group.
