Pursuant to the Hathway Code to Regulate, Monitor and Report trading by Directors, Promoters, Designated Employees and specified Connected Persons of the Company and Material Subsidiaries ‘Hathway Code, the Trading Window Close Period which had commenced on January 01, 2021 will end 48 hours after the results are made public on January 15, 2021.
