Bharti Airtel rings loudly after divesting stake held in Seynse

Bharti Airtel is currently trading at Rs. 601.85, up by 21.65 points or 3.73% from its previous closing of Rs. 580.20 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 608.15 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 610.00 and Rs. 595.35 respectively. So far 650901 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 611.70 on 20-May-2020 and a 52 week low of Rs. 381.05 on 19-Mar-2020.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 610.00 and Rs. 541.60 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 328533.66 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 56.23%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 39.29% and 4.48% respectively.

Bharti Airtel has divested its stake in Seynse Technologies (Seynse) held through Nettle Infrastructure Investments, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. Seynse is a financial technology company that has created Loan Singh Platform. Loan Singh is a digital lending platform designed to make credit easily accessible to millions of creditworthy yet under-served Indians.
