Physical Rubber prices remain unchanged on Saturday

Physical Rubber prices remained unchanged on Saturday due to the ongoing peak tapping season. While, pick-up in demand from tyre makers coupled with Covid-19 vaccines rollout globally have supported rubber prices. Spot prices for RSS-4 and RSS-5 variety closed unchanged at Rs 152/ kg and Rs 142/ kg respectively.

In the futures market, February delivery gained to Rs 155.90 compared to its previous closing of Rs 155.05 on the Indian Commodity Exchange Limited (ICEX).
