According to the data released by NSE, the Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net buyers of Rs 59.72 crore in index futures and options segments on Monday, October 22, 2012.
FIIs were buyers of index futures to the tune of Rs 236.01 crore and they sold index options worth Rs 176.29 crore. In the stock segment, FII’s were net buyers of stock futures worth Rs 294.66 crore while they also bought stock options worth Rs 74.96 crore.
