Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, ADF Foods has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on Friday, 29th January, 2021 at Mumbai, through Audio-Visual means to take on record the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Third Quarter and Nine Months Ended 31st December, 2020. As per the Code of Conduct of the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company that has been already closed with effect from 1st January, 2021 shall remain closed till 31st January, 2021.
