Orient Cement has informed that pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 28, 2021, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2020. In continuation to the same, the aforesaid meeting of the Board Directors of the Company shall also consider and approve declaration of Interim Dividend for the financial year 2020-21, if any.
