In this connection the Trading Window of the company, which is already closed since 31st December 2020 shall remain closed for the Directors and Senior employees of the company till 10th February 2021 and it shall open from 11th February 2021 pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
