FIIs stood as net buyer in equities as per January 27 data: NSDL

27 Jan 2021 Evaluate

The FIIs as per Wednesday’s data were net buyer in both equity segment and debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.

In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 9465.25 crore against gross selling of Rs 9168.48 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyer of Rs 296.77 crore in equities.

In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 828.08 crore with gross sales of Rs 425.17 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyer of Rs 402.91 crore in debt.

In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 46.90 crore against gross selling of Rs 42.79 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyer of Rs 4.11 crore in hybrid segment.
