Further, its letter no HIRECT/SEC/2020-21/64 dated 30th December 2020, the company has intimated the Stock Exchanges that the trading window for the purpose of trading in shares of the Company by its Designated Persons would remain closed from 31st December 2020 till 48 hours after the conclusion of the above-mentioned Board Meeting.
