Alkyl Amines Chemicals has informed that the Audit Committee will decide the action to be taken for violation at its meeting scheduled on February 2, 2021 and the Company will subsequently report the decision of Audit Committee. The Audit Committee at its meeting held on February 2, 2021 decided to issue a warning letter to Kapadia. Accordingly, it has enclosed further report on action taken under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 relating to the Company’s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Insider Trading by designated persons and their immediate relatives in the format prescribed by SEBI vide Circular No. SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD/CIR/P/2020/135 dated 23' July, 2020.
