HCL Technologies, Bharti Airtel and PSP Projects to see some action today

HCL Technologies (HCL) has entered into a global strategic alliance with Alteryx to help companies across the globe succeed in their analytics automation and digital transformation priorities. As part of this strategic engagement, HCL has also been named an Alteryx Elite Alliance Partner. With HCL’s broad expertise in transforming IT and lines-of-business, the alliance will also accelerate Alteryx usage in Amazon AWS and Microsoft Azure to meet customers’ hybrid cloud modernization needs and strengthen HCL’s portfolio of data science and transformative analytics automation.

Bharti Airtel’s board has approved raising of funds as and when deemed appropriate, vide issuance of secured/ unsecured, listed/ unlisted non-convertible debt securities including debentures, bonds etc. upto Rs 7,500 crore (or in equivalent foreign currency).

PSP Projects has received Letter of Intent (LoI) for a project worth Rs 588.62 crore (including GST) from a private developer at Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The company has been ranked the L1 bidder (Lowest Bidder) by a regulatory authority for projects totalling to Rs 1249.41 crore (including GST) for construction of medical colleges at multiple locations at Uttar Pradesh.

Triveni Engineering & Industries’ board has approved proposal for setting up two new distilleries of (i) 40 KLPD (grain based) at Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh; and (ii) 160 KLPD (molasses/cane juice & syrup/grain based) at sugar unit situated at Milaknarayanpur, Dist. Rampur, U.P., subject to receipt of necessary statutory clearances, raising total distillation capacity to 520 KLPD at an aggregate cost of about Rs 250 crore.

Motilal Oswal Financial Services is planning to issue 1,050 Secured Redeemable Rated Listed Principle Protected Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of face value of Rs 10,00,000 each, amounting to Rs 105 crore on Private Placement Basis, in one or more tranches.

UPL has entered into a strategic collaboration with US-based internet of things (IoT) innovator TeleSense to revolutionise post-harvest grain storage and transport. UPL will help TeleSense strengthen its sales channel by introducing monitoring solutions for post-harvest commodity storage and transport to multiple stakeholders across the agriculture value chain.

Bharat Electronics has delivered transmit/receive (T/R) modules to Thales for the RBE2 radar that is used by Rafale fighter aircraft. These modules were delivered to Thales by BEL after the French company transferred its technology as per the Rafale fighter jet purchase agreement between India and France.
