Future Lifestyle Fashions has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 11 February 2021, to consider and approve the un-audited standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31 December 2020; to consider and approve the un-audited consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31 December 2020. Further, in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed from 01 January 2021 and would remain closed till 13 February 2021, for the purpose of declaration of the above financial results of the Company.
