Hindusthan Urban Infrastructure has informed that pursuant to Regulation 29 and 47(1) (a) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, 13th February, 2021 to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2020. In terms of the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by designated Persons, the trading window had been closed from 1st January, 2021 until the publication of the un-audited Financial Results of the Company and accordingly the same shall remain closed till 15th February, 2021.
