Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 Nova Publications India has informed that the Trading Window, for dealing in the securities of the Company, shall remain closed for all directors / officers / designated employees/connected persons of the Company from 11th February to 15th February 2021. The trading window shall remain closed for the purpose of Board meeting scheduled to be held on 13th February, 2021 in which the unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 31st December 2020 will be considered and approved.
