The same are enclosed along with the Limited Review Report issued by the G. Nagendrasundaram & Co., Chartered Accountants, Statutory Auditors of the Company. Furthermore, Dr A.R. Prasad has been appointed as an Additional Director of the Company to comply with the requirement of Regulation 17 of the SEBI(LODR) Regulations 2015.
