Gold futures finished higher for fourth straight session on Wednesday, amid positive trend in metals with weaker dollar making it cheaper for other currency holders. Beside, expectations on back to normalcy, and economic recovery with the US fiscal stimulus boosted the investment appeal of the bullion.
Gold futures for April delivery rose $5.20 or 0.3% to settle at $ 1842.70 an ounce on the Comex division of the New York Mercantile. Spot gold was up 0.3% to $1,842.66 per ounce.
