Petronet LNG gains on getting nod to incorporate wholly-owned subsidiary company

Petronet LNG is currently trading at Rs. 243.10, up by 2.15 points or 0.89% from its previous closing of Rs. 240.95 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 240.10 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 243.60 and Rs. 238.95 respectively. So far 72315 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 280.00 on 07-Jul-2020 and a 52 week low of Rs. 170.75 on 24-Mar-2020.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 253.50 and Rs. 237.15 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 36285.00 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 50.00%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 36.49% and 13.51% respectively.

Petronet LNG has received approval from board of directors for incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary company of Petronet LNG to undertake the business/ activities including but not limited to grassing up and /or cool down and supply of heel to LNG vessels, LNG bunkering, Training, Consultancy, other value- added marine, transport , LNG services etc.
