Vishvprabha Ventures and Vinod Builders have mutually agreed to terminate the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and for the company received deposit refund amount of Rs 75 lakh from Vinod Builders and this MoU will be considered terminated with effect from February 13, 2021.

On August 31, 2019, the company had entered into MoU with Vinod Builders for development of residential project at Dombivali, Maharashtra by incorporated Vishvprabha & VS Buildcon.
