APL Apollo Tubes gains even after APL Infrastructure offloads 30 lakh shares of company

APL Apollo Tubes is currently trading at Rs. 978.80, up by 22.55 points or 2.36% from its previous closing of Rs. 956.25 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 954.25 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 989.40 and Rs. 954.25 respectively. So far 286336 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 998.95 on 16-Feb-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 205.00 on 19-Mar-2020.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 998.95 and Rs. 932.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 12178.93 crore.

APL Infrastructure has offloaded 30 lakh shares of APL Apollo Tubes worth a little over Rs 289 crore through an open market transaction. As per bulk deal data available on BSE, 30 lakh shares of APL Apollo Tubes were sold by APL Infrastructure at an average price of Rs 965.15 apiece. This took the total deal value to Rs 289.54 crore.
