Aarti Drugs has been closed its Wholly Owned Subsidiary Company namely ‘Pinnacle Life Science LLC’. Further, it was not a material subsidiary of the company and did not have any business activity. The wounding-up of this subsidiary will not affect the revenue or business of the company due to nil business activity of this subsidiary.
Aarti Drugs (ADL) is engaged in the business of manufacturing generic bulk actives, advanced intermediates and specialty chemicals. The company is part of $265 million Aarti Group of Industries.
