In continuation to letter dated 19th February, 2021 wherein the company had intimated that 9th Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Members of the Company will be held on Monday, the 15th day of March, 2021 at 2.00 pm through Video Conferencing (‘VC’)/ Other Audio-Visual Means (‘OAVM’); Petronet LNG has informed that in the Notice of EGM, ‘Ordinary Business’ is to be read as ‘Special Business’ for both the resolutions as mentioned in the Notice. The company has enclosed the amended Notice of 9th EGM as Annexure A. All other details remain unchanged.
