Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, ISMT has informed that the Company is in receipt of a Notice from the Trade Union informing of strike at the Ahmednagar Plants of the Company from March 10, 2021, due to delay in wage revision agreement and in the meanwhile, the workmen have already gone on illegal strike. The Company is monitoring the situation and steps are being taken to restore normalcy at the earliest. The company will provide update on further developments in due course.
