Ambuja Cement has informed that the Company has fixed Monday, the 22nd March, 2021 as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of final dividend to the shareholders for the Corporate Financial Year ended 31st December, 2020. The final dividend will be paid on and from 23rd April 2021 to those members whose names appear on the Register of Members as on 22nd March 2021, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on Friday 9th April 2021 through video conferencing/ other Audio Visual Mode.
