PNB Housing Finance has informed that the Company has, on February 25, 2021 allotted 12,500 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each bearing distinctive numbers from 168192409 to 168204908 under ESOP scheme of the Company. Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the Company would stand at Rs 168,20,49,080 consisting of 16,82,04,908 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
