Darjeeling Ropeway Company has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on 06th March 2021 to consider issue of shares on rights issue basis to the existing shareholders of the Company. The trading window of the Company shall remain closed from 26th February, 2021 till 48 hours after announcement of the outcome of Board Meeting to the public for the specified persons in terms of code of conduct of the Company to regulate, monitor and report of trading in Company’s security by insiders framed under Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
