MT Educare has entered into a business purchase agreement with Tree House Education and Accessories, for the sale/transfer of company’s play school business carried under the brand ‘Global Champs’ as a going concern, including all the rights and liabilities relating to the play school division, assets, intellectual property rights and all ancillary and consequential rights arising there from.
Further, the completion of sale/transfer of play school business is subject to approval of the shareholders through postal ballot, the results of which shall be declared on November 02, 2012.
MT Educare provides educational coaching services for classes 9 and 10 (state boards, CBSE and ICSE), classes 11 and 12, graduation (commerce), preparatory/entrance tests (engineering, medical and MBA) and professional courses such as chartered accountancy under the brand name “Mahesh Tutorials”.
