In accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives and Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure, the trading window for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Company's Directors and other designated persons (including their immediate relatives) from 2nd March 2021 to 14th March 2021 for the purpose of considering payment of Interim Dividend for the year 2020-2021.
