With reference to earlier letter dated 27th February, 2021 in which the 18th meeting of Committee of Creditors (‘COC’) of the company was scheduled to be held on Monday, 1st March, 2021 at 6:00 pm at State Bank Institute of Leadership, Plot No. II F/2, Action Area-II, Street No. 329, New Town, Rajarhat, Kolkata-700156; Rohit Ferro-Tech has now informed that the said meeting is not going to be held due to unavoidable circumstances and will be held on Tuesday, 2nd March, 2021 at 5:00 pm. The agenda for the meeting remains same.
