HDFC securities informs about redemption of commercial paper

HDFC securities has informed that Commercial Paper of Rs 100 Crore (ISIN number - INE700G14306) issued on 2 December, 2020 for a period of 91 days with maturity date 3 March, 2021, which was listed on Exchange pursuant to the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/DDHS/CIR/P/2019/115 dated 22 October 2019 read with FAQs issued by the Stock Exchanges, has been redeemed on the due date. HDFC Securities has thus completely fulfilled the payment obligation towards the ISIN number-INE700G14306 and no dues are outstanding on maturity date.
