Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September, 2015, India Glycols has informed that the Company has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary namely IGL Chemicals and Services, the details whereof is set out in Annexure A. As per the certificate of incorporation dated 5th March, 2021 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, the date of incorporation of wholly-owned subsidiary is 3rd March, 2021.
