The Record Date for payment of the Interim Dividend is 23rd March, 2021 (Tuesday). The dividend will be paid to members of the Company on or after 24.03.2021. In accordance with Point No.: A-4 of Annexure I of SEBI Circular No.CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015, it informed the following Time of commencement of the Board Meeting- 2.30 pm; Time of completion of the Board Meeting - 3.30 pm.
